Johns Manville Formaldehyde-free unfaced thermal and acoustical insulation offers R-Values up to R-49. It reduces sound transmission through walls, ceilings and floors, and can be added to existing insulation. JM insulation is compression-packaged for space savings, and is offered in precut batts to fit standard wall cavities for both vertical and horizontal applications.

Would Recommend

I'm a 73 year old retired general contractor. I've been dreading the task of adding a second layer of insulation in my attic here in Florida. Extreme attic heat and Florida humidity, along with fiberglass insulation, can be more than miserable. I don't know how they did it, but they have taken 99.9 % of the itch out of this insulation. I also didn't have the typical insulation hack, for hours after working with it. A little, of course, but almost none. And, I have asthma.
