Fast and comfortable

Super comfortable ride, steering is very responsive and requires a bit of a learning curve. It mows faster than my old zero turn. Would purchase again.

Sales team not trained in dealing with John Deere

Liked the produce, did not like sales team.

Beware of Lowes computer system.

Product discounted in price making it almost impossible to process the sale vis Lowes computer system. After many days, hours, and discussions with at least 6 different floor managers, the product was still not delivered until the 28th day...and still the account has not been settled. I cannot process the warranty purchase until Lowes corrects the existing problems. The product is OK, but I hesitate to using it until things are settled with Lowes.

Don’t go looking for department personnel to help

The product is excellent. The shopping experience was terrible. I went into the store three times and in all those visits I was never assisted by anyone. I had to go to the service counter to ask to talk to someone about the tractor. The first person I talked to had no knowledge about the tractor. During the second visit, I got a manager who knew nothing about the product. I asked if he would consider selling the floor model for less due to the condition of the zero turn mower? Hope you like to be covered in grass

I've had this mower for 2 years now. It cuts great, easy to maintain, runs great but I would not recommend due to the blow out of the grass in the front left of the deck. I cut my grass at four inches, and dry grass blows out the front in your direction of travel and covers you. So to attempt to eliminate this, I bought the anti-blowout kit (shouldn't have to buy extra for this) hoping it would solve the issue, nope, I still get covered in grass. This is not the occasional wind blown grass...
