Awful customer service

Would Not Recommend

I would have given it a zero star if I could. I received the mower and it ran horrible. I called customer service to return it. In the meantime I bought another zero turn mower. Upon pickup of the John Deere mower from Lowe’s that was broken down in my yard the pickup guys grabbed my new zero turn which was not a John Deere and in my garage and took that for a joy ride all day and dinged up the deck. That was in early September. After speaking with multiple managers in-store and supervisors over...

Son mowed the yard with it today. Said it was a good mower, he liked it a lot. Delivery gets 5 stars, delivery was on time and the two guys the delivered it were efficient with unloading. Took care and did not do any damage. No complaints.
