Disappointing
My tractor was delivered less than two weeks ago. My biggest complaint is the Customer Service at Lowes. I literally only mowed my yard two times and the tire continually gets flat after each mow. When I called Lowes, they directed me to John Deere #Warranty. I was then told that the wheels are not covered. Come on Lowes in Benton Harbor… The least you could do is give us another tire. I literally just spent $3600 in your store. Good customer service would have apologize for the inconvenience an...

When item is delivered check over before signing.
Shopping was great at the store. However, my tractor was delivered with a large metal staple in one of the rear tires. I called customer service and had no issue, however, Lowe’s does not bring a new tire. They have to come back to my house, take the new “unused” mower, and deliver a new mower. So I am not very happy that the tires and/or the entire mower was not checked to make sure all tires, all items/parts double checked before leaving warehouse to be delivered. Love the gas gauge and hrs of usage gauge. These are new to me. Cuts like a dream. Starts promptly. Oil filter easy to access. Love love love the service at Lowes. You always feel like you are the most important person they are assisting.
