6 jetted whirlpool primo

I bought the Primo white whirlpool six jetted tub about one month ago. The jets are great and the power button is just inside the tub. There isn’t much of a ledge on the wall side Of the tub, so I find it a bit difficult to get out of. But on the end of the tub there is a ledge about 3.5 inches. The outside of the tub has a sloped ledge that is really annoying as if you forget and set something there it falls into the tub. I purchased 30 X60 and I find it a bit small. The tub looks great but if...

Buyer Beware: The width is wider than 30"

Would Not Recommend

If you have limited space for a true alcove tub, be aware this tub is not 30" wide. It is almost 32" wide (see images). Many alcove tubs have a flat apron, which is what I expected. However, upon deliver this has an awkward piece that sticks out. 1st, this is a problem because AI did not have the space for the extra unnecessary piece. 2ndarily, this cheapens the overall look of the remodel. Even if you have the space, I recommend to avoid this look. Get a flat apron. On the positive, Lo...

Check for Cracks

Would Not Recommend

We ordered this tub for a bathroom remodel and had to return it because it was cracked. It took about 2 weeks for the new tub to come in. We opened the box and it was cracked in almost the exact location as the first tub. The fiberglass on the drain side, specifically the wall and upper lip, are constructed poorly. The fiberglass is weak due to the overflow drain cutout. Better packaging protecting these areas during shipping would probably fix the issue. Currently looking at ordering a differen...

Very Nice Tub

Would Recommend

This size fit perfectly in my small bathroom and gives me the ability to have nice water depth as opposed to the shallow tub that was in there before. I had previously purchased another tub made by Jacuzzi for another home about 17 years ago and have been very pleased with how well their acrylic tubs hold up. That tub still has the shine if a brand new tub and I never had any problems with it so I wasn't hesitant to purchase another tub made by Jacuzzi. It also has a beautiful shine and the t...
