can't get parts
I'm not able to locate parts for this sink. Yes, I have called Jucuzzi and they send me back to lowes. This is my LAST Jacuzzi brand product I will ever own. I don't seem to have these issues with Delta....

Matte Black Peels Right Off and Fades
I have the same problem as many others with the matte black product, I was cleaning it today and noticed that there was what looked like a paint chip but then upon touching it, the entire black film just peeled off the fixtures. Our drain pop ups also faded within the first month of installation.

Peeling
These faucets are completely peeling off and on the faucet and the drain and are completely corroded around the base. We cannot clean the corrosion. These were a waste of money and must be replaced.

Not worth it!
Bought this year and a half ago. Cold water side finish coroded and finish coming off. Should have went with somthing that had a warrenty. Most others like Delta, Moen and allen + roth had limited lifetime warrenty for same price. DONT BUY IT!

Functions properly, disappointed in black coating
Unfortunately less than 2 years later the black coating is coming off and it looks quite ugly. Love the sleek look and function of this fixture but very disappointed in the durability. Maybe this is only an issue with the matte black color.

Pop up drain won't hold water
Just installed the faucet and the pop up drain will not hold water. Seems like the seal is not right. I bought 3 of these faucets and have only installed the first one. Took another pop up from the other box and it still leaks! What should I do?

Broken part
Have a broken part on the faucet went to lowes to buy it and they don’t sell the part! So called customer service 3 times with 2 wrong parts sent and now they say the part isn’t available! So now I have to go buy a new faucet after only having this one not even a year!

Less than 1 year old and chipping
We installed them less than 1 year ago in our bathroom. They are already shipping black coating. I don't recommend.

Paint chipped off
We have had this faucet for just over a year of very light use in a guest bathroom and it looks terrible. There is a ring of what looks like soap build up but is actually chipped paint around the base of the water handles. It keeps getting worse over time. Do not buy!

I should have read the reviews!
I bought this for a new bathroom in a summer rental cottage to match the plumbing and hardware. Buy the end of the first season I noticed a white film at the base of handles that did not come off. In fact when I used a cloth to wipe it, the black finish peeled off. Unfortunately, it is pass the "90 day warranty".
