The JET 1632 Oscillating Drum Sander produces an unbeatable sanding finish, with its exclusive variable speed oscillating drum moving from left to right--minimizing visual scratch patterns in workpieces and increasing the lifespan of abrasive paper. Its patent-pending hood design extracts 97 percent of the dust that the sander creates. Additional features such as Sandsmart feed control technology, tool-less parallelism adjustment, and heavy-duty steel stand make this popular sander the most innovative in its class.

Sandsmart control continuously monitors the load on the drum motor and automatically regulates the speed of the conveyor motor
Dust hood includes an integrated channel that mirrors the shape of the drum and directs chips and dust to the 4-inch collection port
Conveyor bed parallelism is easily adjusted by turning the dial on the outside of the bed--no tools required
Precision-machined and dynamically-balanced extruded aluminum drum is designed to dissipate heat and has a 3/4-inch oscillating stroke
Infinitely-variable speed control from 0 to 10 fpm allows you to choose the optimal feed rate
