I had two separate orders, from the Arvada store

Would Not Recommend

I had two separate orders. They said on line that the windows were certified for the north. Each time I went to pick them up. They were made for a southern zone. Crazy they would ship them up here when it says they are for new construction... very disappointed... then the store ordered them in Pella and they were worse .47no energy stickers... Big waste of time.... It made me put a star but really no stars!!!

Check quality before installing

The between glass window dividers are not square (crooked) and this was not discovered because the instructions advised to not remove the large label until the window was inspected. When the label was removed after installation the defect was visible and indicates a quality control problem.
