I ordered two of these windows. I've been pleased with the windows themselves, they're 5 star. After a couple of months they've been solid and smooth to operate. The lip to hold the screen in however, is ridiculously small and one of the screens won't stay in place. That screen also arrived with some paint scraped off.

The window was as advertised. The flange came cracked but it was an easy fix with some zip tape. I wish the opening was a little bit larger but it was a good window for the price

Missing Parts - Check before you bring it home

Would Recommend

Picked up window and when I unpacked it to install, discovered that handle and handle mechanism cover was missing. Called store and they are trying to get a replacement but no idea how long that will take. Other than that, it appears to be a nice window.
