Very Poor Quality
We bought 19 of these windows for our new house. Our lumber package was delayed so we put the windows in storage here in Arizona. When we took them out of storage to hang them we found that the plastic frame that they are built out of melted, so six of them we are not able to use. We contacted Lowe's and Geld-Wen their reply to use was a basic "To bad for you" your 90 days were up! We had the windows in storage for 122 days. Lowe's and Geld-Wen will not stand by this product. leaky windows
We purchased 3 of these 36X72 double hung windows. The design is nice however, the windows are not air-tight.They leak at the junction between the top and bottom panel. We have other Jeld-wen Casement windows that are excellent. I would not recommend this product.
Bang for the buck
We are doing a complete renovation on our home. The windows are easily installed and you can’t beat the price!

Great windows if there is no problems!
We purchased and ordered 12 windows, and a patio door for a brand new home. On All the windows the tip out lock was stuck, the screen had holes, glass was pitted. It took Jen- Wen 9 months and several phone calls to get them fixed. The windows themselves are great, the service sucks!!! Found out after we purchased these windows Lowe’s was aware of there service problems but still recommend them anyway.
