We had originally wanted 7 custom made windows. We made an order to buy Relia Bilt windows but were convinced by the store salesman that Jeld-Wen was better brand, they ended up costing $2000 more than the first windows. First Problem the windows arrived at the store in April but we were not contacted until June by customer services asking us to go pick up the windows (we paid for delivery). 2 windows missing screens, Lowes unable to get just screens, told they cannot get any parts for the windows. Now I have to buy 2 more windows and return the 2 windows missing screens. If I did not install most of them I would return them ALL.
