SunResist Low-E insulating glass with argon provides more protection against heat gain by blocking harmful infrared rays, as well as providing greater energy savings

Block and tackle balance system supports the vertical operation of the sash in single-hung and double-hung styles, so the sash will not slam shut

Window unit has a Desert Sand exterior and interior with matching lock

one of the screw already worn. assembly worker does not bother to replace the worn screw or they never get trained. this is today's made in US quality. pretty tight and we eventually figured out how to open, there are stoppers each sire, the latch has no indication on lock/unlock, no manual, no package. Jeld-wen needs to hire workers who know how to tighten screws. windows it pretty tight
Window Installation
Ordered windows in September 2020. The Lowes advertisement promised Installation by Thanksgiving. Finally, was told they would be installed first week of December. They never showed up. After numerous calls, they showed the next day. Windows were measured wrong. One large window couldn't be installed at all. (reordered). One window was installed, but with obscured glass, not clear. Nice cross breeze.
The log house bedroom had no windows that opened. I took out a large picture window and framed in the opening for this JELD-WEN V-2500 window. It's perfect, it looks and works great. The color is perfect with the weathered logs and now we have the option of opening a window for fresh air.
