Defective Window

Would Not Recommend

We ordered 6 of these windows on 3/6/22. We picked them up on 4/15/22. Installed then in June, 5 of the 6 windows are perfect. We have not had rain in a while and after the first rain storm, we noticed that 1 window had moisture in it. Not sure what caused it, but I contacted Jen-Weld twice now regarding a replacement for this 1 window. As of today, I still have not had a response.

Well made and packaged well.

Nice widow. Look to be made well. Removed a existing double hung window and installed this for a remodel for a large shower.

Window

Would Recommend

Took over 6 weeks to revive the window and the flange was cracked. If I wanted to return it, it would take another 6 weeks for a replacement! Besides that it’s a window, it does what it’s supposed to do!
