poor mfg
sash has big gap or up/down 10mm>3/8", so lock might not work or will breaker. 11-1/2" height yet glass exposed only 6-1/4" it seems material cut by handle to cause such big gap. this is today's made in US quality. Most famous US brands tend to kill its name and Jeld-wen is just one of them.
Lowes made it right
Some of the nailing flanges were damaged, But Lowes adjusted the price, and I accepted the order. The windows work great and look great. Very happy with Lowes. Best Price.

THESE ARE JUNK!
These windows are junk! They don't slide properly and don't close properly. They sliding part literally falls out of the frame when you open them if you are not careful.
