Great window overall for the price
I've always had good luck with Jeld-Wen, They are a great value line vinyl window that gets the job done. As others have noted, the dimensions you are seeing are the outside dimensions of the window itself, not the rough opening etc. Seems to be some confusion there. Once installed, the window works well, no binding and moves smoothly, The sash tilts in for easy cleaning and they survive the harsh winters of northern Wisconsin well. Rough opening and size listed is wrong
We bought 10 windows from lowes. The windows look great went to install them in our new built home and they don't fit. The rough opening listed is the actual size of the window. And the actual size listing is wrong. We had to pay our contractor to fix all the window opening. Costing me money. Since I bought these windows 2 months ago.
