I would like to leave a good review however, I need to receive the product in order to do so!!! I ordered a Jeld-Wen window at the end of October. It is currently Christmas time and I still have not received my order! I understand that the product is a "made -to-order" but an update on the progress of the order would be nice. Great Product
I read the previous review regarding the installation, many people do nothing but complain and forget what they are talking about. The installation has nothing to do with the quality of this window. This is a very good window, quality price wise. Unfortunately, you pay a cheap installer…you get what you pay for.

DO NOT USE INSTALLATION SERVICES
I paid for these doors last July with installation. Problems is mostly what I received. Here these many months later the doors have nails showing, no grout in areas, and look unfinished. Lowes has been no help. That is where the floor is missing the grout. None of the nails are covered. They are black so you can count them easily. I have lots of pics.
