Terrible brand and service
We ordered two doors, the first time, we didn’t get the right size. The second time when we reordered, the door didn’t come with any of the hardware and it was as if it had been used as the holes for the hardware were already too big to put hardware in. Took forever to get and now we are trying to figure out how to make it work.

Inaccurate Description
My rough opening is 36" and this door is 36" so it does not fit. It should be 35.5" for a 36" rough opening.

Careless manufacturing
The design of the bifold doors that I purchased (Jeld-Wen Madison Flat 1-panel) have a unique left and right side. All 4 of the bifold doors I received were manufactured with either 2 left sides or 2 right sides. Seems that quality control is pretty much non-existent at the manufacturer's facility. Extremely disappointing after waiting almost a month to receive them.

Pre finish but expect to redo
They are all dinged up. They all had to be repainted. Very disappointed.
