These doors were delivered with broke brick mould in bottom. Were not wrapped in any matter to afford protection. Corner protective pieces were missing. No shrink wrap. Missing parts. No screws for bottom plate to be secured to floor. No pieces in package to cover screws holes in inner pieces of door. Doors are not true 36 inch doors. They are more like 34.5 inch doors but you are charged for 72x80 but that is not what you get. We had no choice but to go ahead and install since we had a large ...
Delivered on time but
Our French doors were delivered, we had no idea the delivery was taking place and they were here, the delivery men made no contact. They left a couple hundred pound door leaning against two seniors garage door and left. My wife 75 years old and myself had to drag it into the garage, we live in a rural area and do not have neighbors close. Now when the door handles were delivered last week I got three call from the delivery man that day! The doors themselves look great.

Defective
Door delivered installed right side door no handle for the between the glass pain shades must’ve not been put on during manufacturing. Can’t use the shades in the right door.

Door seal leaks
The door seal leaks at the corners when I went to install the whole bottom fell off, had to put new screws in it. The adjustable seal has gaps at both ends, so the water runs around it.
