Installers were excellent however one door was damaged and a week later they came with a replacement but that was also damaged. I decided to fix the damage myself and Lowe’s sent me a gift card. poor quality and design

Installed these doors in March of 2025, now March of 2026 both doors, one a few months ago, and now the second today have literally fall off the track. The compressed "cardboard" frame holding the bottom anchor has pushed up into the door and the doors fell off. Clearly compressed paper is not strong enough to hold the weight of a 36" door. A wood frame would be substantially better. I thought Jeld Win was a quality manufacturer but life is full of surprises. Very poor construction.

Check the parts before install.

I bought two sets of these. Identical doors, brand, everything. I opened the hardware kits and one of them didnt have a top guide wheel for the door to open and close. It had 2 pivot points in it. I had to go buy a wheel because the $150 door company doesn't know how to pick parts.

Mixes opinion

I bought this specifically due to the fact it was prefinished but the finish is not as good as I had hoped nor is the quality and the sides are rough. I had to paint it anyway. I don't think I would pay extra for the pre-finished, instead just get a primed one.

This product looks good in the photos but...

These doors are pretty disappointing. I purchased four sets of these bifold doors. They look nice in the photos but once you take them out of the packaging you see the very rough edges and the paint finish sticks to other panel, when you pull them apart the paint comes off with it. Even on panels that didn't stick together there were bad paint spots all along the rough edges. These doors are also heavy so it's not easy for one person to install, it really take two. Functionally fine, poor quality

Installed of these in a larger size. Very dinged/marked up. Had to do 8 more (matching) in the 24" size. Lots of touch up required. Missing hardware. Every hole for top spring pins needed to be redrilled. Really poor quality and very expensive. Lowe's should be somewhat ashamed.

Great Customer Service

The door was a regular door, it was the speculation service I always received from Mr David. He always goes over and beyond and very professional!! Keep up the great job.

Functionally fine, but quite dinged up

Easy to install and function just fine. That said every single panel is scraped, scratched, and in one case cracked. They basically do a terrible job of packaging these. And they are clearly not handled well during shipping to Lowe's (I bought them in store).

Instructions are not clear.

Disappointed. Parts did not fit into the pre-drilled holes.
