These have already lost a lot of the black color off of them .. chipped or peeled off ... and we havnt even gotten the siding on the house yet
Solid product
Jeld-wen is a solid product. It has been in my moms house for 17 years and we are only replacing it because a fire happened. But it even stood up to that well.

Not a product Review Syncrony Review
LowesPay is a joke and the store can't even handle issues. Syncrony was even less helpful and told me the issue was that all the products were not delivered at one time. How am I suppose to control that? Which is such a lie since the order processed fine when it arrived. Then when the store issued a credit, that's when all the trouble started. Overpriced and poorly constructed
Have been meaning to leave a review for the past few months.... This window is terrible. Visually the construction looks slapped together, and it does not open and close smoothly - I have to jiggle and jolt it back and forth to get it to open or close. This has not imporved over the last 6 months as it's been used. I should have ordered a Milgard but needed a window quicker than their turnaround so I could complete a project before winter. Only saving grace is that this is installed in a closet ...

poor workmanship
Silicone all over windows, parts not seated correctly but glued so can't repair, paint uneven - supposedly these windows are not to be painted (?) but painted they are. Also the cheap plastic rollers don't roll very well. is this really a v4500?! ordered in March, didn't receive until June, just installed in August - but can't return due to "original purchase date". 🤷

Poorly Constructed Window
The sliding door of the window I purchased does not fit properly. It is far too loose and does not line up with the lock properly either. When I have managed to lock the window it is nearly impossible to open it again without having to use a flathead screwdriver. Not to mention the lock portion itself is made of flimsy plastic. Unfortunately these issues were not found out until the window had been installed. Not impressed with this product and would absolutely not recommend it. See photos ...

Nice window
Nice little window. It’s a good size — the only complaint is that the opener / lock is a little loose. Other than that it’s as expected.
