Poorly manufactured. Do not buy
We had the same exact experience as the person who wrote the "cheap" review. There's caulk all over everywhere, the locks don't work and the screws are stripped. They're far, far too expensive to be so poor quality.

I still can't understand I was affected by pandemic now my windows are not sealing at the top single hung cheapest the windows locks crooked screws loosen, windows huckle buck closing caulking was everywhere like a drunk not good BUT pros: don't have to deal with you or your famous Lowe's again thanks

Finally got two of eleven windows installed
Bought these windows during the pandemic and supply chain issues caused substantial delay. Work and other issues delayed install once delivered. Love the windows that were installed so far - pretty easy to do. However, one of the windows (window on the left in the uploaded image) did not have the included screen. Now I have to check the other nine windows to ensure they came with the included screen as advertised.
