Mediocre at best
Arrived a couple of months late but the real issue were quality. One hinge has most of the screws missing. The pins at the top and bottom of the inactive door that keep it closed were installed wrong so that even when the pins were retracted they stuck out about 3/8" and prevented the door from closing. If the door was forced to close (as it was when they assembled it at the factory) then the jam got distorted. Of course when the door is installed the jam doesn't distort so much so it wi...
Absolutely do not recommend
I ordered a patio door over a month ago with a promised pickup date of 7/28. That date came and went—the door hasn’t even shipped to the store. Every time I call, I get a new excuse and a later date. No one at Lowe’s or JELD-WEN can give me a straight answer or timeline. Meanwhile, my contractors were scheduled and relying on this door to close up my guest house. Now I have to pay extra to bring them back out for installation once (or if) the door ever shows up. This delay is costing me real m...

Jeld-Wen never again
2 WEEKS my door CANNOT be locked. Below average construction at this price point (see photos). Spent $2k on this product, which comes with a lock set already installed. Unfortunately, quality control missed that the lock set was installed BACKWARDS. The door locks from the OUTSIDE. 3/5 Called Jeld-Wen Customer "No" Care multiple times. Bottom line - was told they have to send me a new lockset. BUT it cannot be overnighted - they can only email the Distribution Center with a high priority requ...
