Jeld-Wen (no customer service), Lowes (incomplete)
The sill extender in the Jeld-Wen Jamb and Sill Extension kit did not fit the door I received. From what I understand, this door had been on the shelf for a long time with someone's name on it, and they supposedly never followed through with the purchase. This door had a manufacturer stamp from 2021. I noticed the other Jeld-Wen doors in stock at this location were manufactured in 2023 with the exception of one or two from 2022. Decent but not amazing.
The door is nice looking but the QC could be a bit better. It's difficult to close and latch and it has way too much flex. It's a cheap door but was all I could get in short notice.
