The door was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The door was heavy, but was built well and easy to install.

Poor craftsmanship
The door is only Painted not an actual brown dyed door. The paint is of very poor quality and is already chipping after only have the door several months. The door is in a low traffic area with minimal use. The edges of the door are actually cracking and breaking off. Would not recommend or ever purchase another. Very dissatisfied.

Beautiful door, but way too expensive to not come with hardware, and for it to make a cracking sound! When the material of the door heats up, the door makes a loud cracking sound as you open and close it. I say it makes this sound when it heats up from the sun because it does not make this sound when it is cooler outside. This is so disappointing because I chose to pay twice the price for a “nice” door, and I had to wait over a month to receive this door! Now I would have to wait another month...

Good price but quality low
For a $600 door it should have been better designed. The doors themselves seem good quality fiberglass and the window panes seem good. The problems I found are: 1) The strike bolts are not round like most doors, they are thin, flat ones the are not nearly as secure as the round ones. 2) Strike bolt striker plate. The strike bolts are thin and flat but the strike plate has a round hole. Mismatched parts, Cant believe I paid over $600 for this! 3) Ill combine these 2 into one. The striker bolt hol...
