May have scratches, need to be packaged better!
Leave yourself a couple hours to put them together. I got rid of the chain and pin and put in a 3/8 stainless bolt to sturdy them up. We won’t be folding them up anyway, they are nice chairs. One was damaged slightly on the back during shipping not enough to return but still disappointing.

Use a box end wrench to save time
These chairs are great! I have been looking for Adirondack chairs for a while, but didn't want the flimsy plastic ones or all wood that would require annual maintenance. These were a perfect compromise. They have the look of wood and are very sturdy. They were packaged well and all hardware was included. I put them together by myself and it wasn't that hard. Inferior
The wrong screws were sent for step 2. The nuts to fit the screw were also inferior. Threading of nut/screw would not allow completion of step 2. I returned the 3 chairs I ordered given this issue. Very disappointing.
