they dropped off without signature
nightmare situation. no call ahead no signature required. no help taking upstairs which would have cost $150-$300 additional from a moving company. had to return which required help to.

Don’t buy this item! Lowe’s sent me a broken counter top and now I’m stuck trying to return a freight item with no freight truck!

The base is only a plastic frame with two bags too
It was very easy putting together. We were surprised at how big it actually is when it’s open. Raising and opening the umbrella is very easy as well as putting the cover on. That takes a couple tries to get it figured out. The 4 rating is because we’ve had it for less than a week and have only used it a few times.
