Missing the umbrella
It's hard to review an item when Lowes said you received it but all you get is the base for the umbrella. NEVER GOT the UMBRELLA. Please resolve ASAP or I'll get my money back as this is akin to stealing..

The base didn't come with the umbrella
Well made and easy to assemble.
This is a very sturdy deck umbrella. It seems to be heavy duty. My grandson had to carry it up the stairs for me and he continued to put it together--after taking apart my old one that broke after one year. This one appears to be a huge improvement over the old one.

Light weight / Heavy duty material
We were looking for a product that was movable and we could adjust the placement. This umbrella filled that need we were looking for. Inferior construction
The Jeary, 10-ft Aluminum Off-white Cantilever Patio Umbrella with Base was intended to replace a sun shade sail installed in my patio which did not adequately provide shade, especially in the afternoons. Easy Assembly with One Drawback
Very easy to put together and sturdy umbrella. I am especially impressed that it comes with a cover and includes a collapsable rod to aid in positioning the cover up over the top without any trouble at all. The zipper also has a long pull cord, so once the cover is positioned, you just pull the cord down to zip down and close up the cover. This was absolutely amazingly easy to assemble and use. The directions were spot on and very easy to understand. The umbrella was very large and easy to deploy. This will be an awesome addition to the deck in the summer. The only negative aspect of the product is stability. The base is not really sturdy enough for the size of the umbrella.
