Would Not Recommend

Received a replacement about a month ago. Mattress still requires daily inflation because it loses lots of air daily. The pump is positioned to be closed, the weight limit is never exceeded. The mattress is not treated in a way that goes against the warranty.

Great company. This model isn't great however.

Would Not Recommend

It started leaking after 5 months of not full time use. The company did the right thing and warrantied the product which is why I gave it 3 stars and not 2. Also the mattress requires a lot of pressure or you feel like you fall off when near sides.

Great replacement service

Would Recommend

This is a bot of a mixed bag review. I bought this product last October and used it immediately. The next time that I used it it had a very slow leak, which I could not troubleshoot myself. Luckily it was within warranty and Intex replaced it no questions asked, with excellent service. So I just used the replacement, which is very comfortable and easy to use, and this time hopefully will not be a problem the next time it is needed!

Great Air Mattress

Bought two of these a few days ago. Just in time for my family that came over for the Christmas holidays. This air bed was great. Easy to inflate and deflate. My grandkids loved it and didn’t mind sleeping on it. Very nice!!
