love the boxes, but two of them were damaged in shipping. I wish they were available in our store.

Others had commented and our experience confirmed, the product was received damaged. They maybe should look into a better way to ship this if they are going to continue to offer it ???

Don’t order by mail. Go to the store and get items

The tote lid was missing a handle.

Good customer service

Good product value. Good customer service. My order shipped missing 4 blue latches out of 12 boxes. I contacted customer service and they asked me if I wanted reimbursement or replacement. I told them to just ship me 4 more latches which they did. The latches arrived promptly and I installed them. No hassle, no problem. I would have given a 5 but I did have to get missing latches.

Item Broken

I just picked up my item at Lowes today. I took it home and opened it to discover that one of the four lid snaps was not on the container. It was in the bottom of the box. Upon further examination I found the container was cracked where the lid snap was supposed to be installed.

Great product

I like clear storage so I can see what us in it without opening lids, lock tight lids & lid locks onto the next box
