Waited an extra week to get these due to shipping delays with the carrier. When they arrived all three were cracked and broken as were two of the lids.

Arrived broken - packaging completely inadequate. Return process incredibly cumbersome, took an hour and some shouting to get the custerom service rep to schedule a pickup - I'm not driving to Lowe's to return a product Lowe's cant bother to package properly.

These weather tight totes are perfect for storage items. Having them shipped is terrible. They arrive in a box, no protection. 4 0ut of 9 had broken unuseable lids, 2 had damaged lids but still useable, some had missing handles
