What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the semi-rigid aluminum structure for holding shape better than flexible foil ducts and resisting collapse during installation, making it easier to route through tight spaces. However, many report significant fit issues—the internal diameter runs undersized for standard connections, and the advertised 8-foot length often measures only 6 to 7 feet. A substantial number experience structural failure when extending the duct, with seams unraveling or separating under tension. While some find it a worthwhile upgrade for specific applications, the combination of dimension inconsistencies and extension fragility limits its reliability for most users.

Great product

Very sturdy. It is flexible, but not flimsy. Easily cut with tin snips. The cost was just right. Cheaper than an online purchase.

Diameter too small

Would Not Recommend

Bought the 6" x 8ft flex duct to connect to the crimped (male) side of standard 6" duct fittings; a starter collar and a register boot. The flex hose would not fit onto either. I tried on a couple of other fittings, same deal. Very frustrating experience. Returned and bought similar item elsewhere.
