What Customers Are Saying
The reviews present mixed opinions on the product's performance and quality. Some users report the mower cuts grass effectively, has good power, and is easy to operate. However, many others have experienced serious issues like transmission and drive pedal problems, as well as concerns about the overall build quality. Several describe the mower as unreliable, with problems starting, losing power, and handling hills. The quality and customer service also seem problematic for some buyers.

I have one of these mowers and it works excellent in all aspects, and has held up well taking abuse and mowing 3 acres. Plenty of power! Remember the majority of people only post reviews when something’s wrong (the majority of the time it’s also something they caused). Rarely do people take time out of their day to post good reviews.
junk
I have a small ditch around my yard that levels into my yard and if you try doing the ditch the single wheel just spins. you have to have a flat surface like a golf course in order for this thing not to spin a wheel. if you are going to spend this kind of money make sure you get a zero turn. I would not recommend a Husqvarna if they ain't smart enough to give you dual wheel drive on something you spend a fortune on. this is one of the most important pieces of equipment that you will need for yea...
Great mower Great price
Great mower cuts really well no issues so far will keep buying this Brand since it seems to have better quality then most brands
customer service sucks!
The person answering the phone was rude, disrespectful, snap at me, and yell at me when I only wanted to check on item availability. She is the most ridiculous rude human being.
Transmission Problems
Bought it in March 2016..It was great for 3 years..then problems with the hydrostatic transmission..Authorized repair business replaced every part they could EXCEPT the transmission itself..No success..It sticks when you shift between forward & reverse...makes mowing the grass take twice as long..
First and last Husqvarna I'll own
This mower has been a headache since the start. It lasted maybe 5 months before problems started. First was a grinding/ringing sound when releasing the brake. I brought it back to Lowes since I had purchased coverage for it on top of the manufacturer warranty. They sent it out only to get it back stating there weren't problems. When I questioned the obviously not normal sound, they said it was a belt problem and I'd have to just wait for it to break and replace it. WHAT?! It's 5 months old and t...

Buy Extended Protection
18 months ago we bought this mower - have had nothing but trouble keeping it running!! Have probably spent enough in repairs to buy a new one - but at the time I didn't spend the money for the extended protection and now it's too late. Wish they offered it after the fact, even in a limited way.

Very disappointed
Belt broke one the first day. Got another belt but it slips off and when cutting grass it leaves streaks of grass still standing. The deck is very loose and flimsy sounds like it's going to fall off at anytime. Had an oil leak just put a new gasket on valve cover. For $2000 I'd expect more. Currently I have it for sale I'm looking at John Deere now.

Wow, This is AMAZING
I bought this to replace my 1970's riding lawnmower and it is amazing. I have used this to cut my grass twice and both time I have found that it takes an extra 30 minutes to cut my grass, only because this is so comfortable and nice to use that I make extra passes over my grass just to enjoy it. It cuts fantastic, is very fast and powerful, cuts in reverse and starts up every time within 2 seconds.

transmission is terrible
The GT RS 800 axel seals are leaking. Yes, it can be fixed, but it will continue to happen. Its unacceptable from a tool with such low equipment hours. It's really only good for entirely flat yards. We also bought a yard sweeper to pick up clippings for the compost & it struggles to pull it. Can't recommend this one. We'll be looking at one with a hydrostatic transmission & a bit more horsepower.
