Good for 24 months for a homeowner

Purchased about 2+ years ago, when the warranty runs out so does the reliability. I'm a homeowner, never used for commercial purposes. I thought Husqvarna was reliable, this unit is not.

Bought this at Lowe’s a month ago, third use the pull string pulled out of trimmer. Take to Lowe’s and I’m told I have to have return authorization. No phone number to talk to Husqvarna and been 4 days with no reply to an email. Company is a joke and Lowe’s does not stand behind the product. This is my second one in 2 years and I’ll never spend another dime with this company. Cheaply made and not priced. Absolute joke

Would Buy It Again and Again

Did a fair amount of research between this and Stihl. I was familar with both brands from younger days curring logs and using both brands of chainsaws. Decided to go with Huskies and have no complaints. Starts by third pull and runs smooth and consistently. I like the durability of the string and the power it brings to the job. Would buy again hands down.

Broke after using it 4 times.

Bought this for $349 at the local lowes on 5/22/25, broke after the 4th use. Went to the store and you can't return or exchange it if its used. Bought the 2 year additional protection plan and they said they could send it out to have it repaired, 1-2 weeks is the lead time. What is the point in that? Do yourself a favor and buy something from harbor freight..... it will probably last longer and be cheaper.

What garbage!!

I wish I could leave less than one star for both this trimmer and the poor service I got at Lowe’s, this trimmer worked for one time and one time only and because I had it 34 days instead of 30. I can’t return this piece of garbage so I’m stuck with an expensive piece of junk, the trimmer is junk, Lowes is junk and this is the third piece of equipment. I purchased from them that has failed me, don’t buy Husqvarna and don’t shop at Lowe’s.

Worked well at first...didn't last 1 year

Worked great around my home, less than 1 yr old and the trimmer started vibrating violently at the end of the trimmer. Vibrations became strong enough to cause trimmer to choke off and remain locked up. Took it to Lowes for assistance and they weren't able to offer an exchange or partial credit towards a replacement. No service centers are located near me so I'm out $350 and a trimmer. Husqvarna used to mean quality and durability. This is my 4th Husqvarna tool but unfortunately it doesn't ...
