Husqvarna customer service is awful you can not reach anyone not even corporate have a warranty if u try to order a part takes 10days to review and 5 days to ship nowhere local to take it for repairs be careful the clutch plate cracked on ours after only 5 uses cannot return to lowes cause its part there 48 hour return policy which I didn't know plus after r r only 2 times cutting a small tree the chain broke just been one problem after anoter

We purchased some adjoining land, to our home, this year. Decent Saw
Bought at a great price last year. Used it to buck two large downed White Oaks and it ran great except for bar freezing up, which happened to me again later on. Could be user error on not running full throttle after cuts to clear sawdust. Is it a Stihl? No. But $200 to $300 cheaper so...... I'm a homeowner and would not buy this saw for commercial use or for repeated large tree felling.

Quality lacking for the price.
The lone stud/nut on the cover vibrates loose, the tensioner disengages, thus the bar slips and the chain derails. This CUT THROUGH the chain guard and damaged the sprocket mount & steel plate internally. When it wasn't trying to kill me it was impressive. Powerful and lightweight & easy to start.
