Defective with no return option

I bought this saw and have had it for over a month. Started it up for first time 3 days ago and ran maybe for 15 minutes. RPMs never turned up like they should have. Got it out today and it ran a little bit and turned off and would not run again. Took it to Lowes to return and they refused to take it back. Basically the person at the desk gave me the run around. Said I needed to contact Husqvarna for a return authorization which she knew they would not give me because she saw my receipt. Husqva...

had this saw less than a year and it wont idle, requires constant throottle to run and then if given much pressure at all it dies. was good for maybe 10 cuts before it fell apart, have had it serviced and still struggling
