With a 52-inch blade span and four finishes to choose from, the casual, traditional style of the Builder Elite will complement standard or large rooms in your home without overpowering them. A mainstay in the Hunter® product line, these ceiling fans without lights feature three-speed WhisperWind® motor technology to deliver quiet and ultra-powerful performance.

QUIET BUT POWERFUL: The WhisperWind motor delivers ultra-powerful air movement with whisper-quiet performance so you get the cooling power you want without the noise you don't
WINTER AND SUMMER: Reversible motor allows you to change the direction of your fan from downdraft mode during the summer which helps cool the room to updraft mode during the winter to help circulate trapped warm air near the ceiling
MOUNTING OPTIONS: Installer's Choice three-position mounting system allows for standard, low, or angled mounting based on your room's requirements
FLIP THE BLADE: This fan features reversible blades with a different finish on the other side to match your design
PULL CHAINS: includes pull chains for quick and easy on/off and speed adjustments
BLADE PITCH: the degree the blade slices the air is optimized for each fan design; 13 degree blade pitch optimized to ensure ideal air movement and peak performance
INDOOR ONLY: this fan is only rated for indoor spaces only, not safe for outdoor or damp areas
LOCATION IDEAS: Master Bedroom, Child's Bedroom, Living Room/Great Room, Craft/Hobby Room, Dining Room, Mudroom/Utility Room, Fitness Room, Bonus Room/Game Room, Kitchen, Office, Laundry Room, Bedroom
LONGEVITY: Hunter performs twice the agency recommended testing to ensure their ceiling fans - from the finishes to the fan motor your Hunter will stand the test of time

Terrible installation required

To install the fan blades to their mounts, you are given a bag of rubber grommets that you have to struggles and force into the holes of the blades before they can be installed. Installing them is a struggle. It took me j longer to get these grommets in than any other part of the installation process. I am an electrician who was hired by a customer to put together and install this fan. They were not happy when I charged them extra because of the time it took installing the grommets. I have i...

Hunter is the only brand in my house

Would Recommend

Hunter Fans, is there even another brand? The quality is so superior to anything else on the market I don’t even consider buying anything else. They never break, there are never any defects, or minor problems. Why would I even choose something else.

Love our new fan.

Would Recommend

Very quiet, moves air very well, looks great. I have assembled and install many ceiling fans. Hunter fans construction is above other. With rubber grommets isolating mant parts from creating noise. Definitely a well-made fan !

Sculpted blade connections will collect dust

Would Recommend

Fan was straightforward, but we decided to return it for a model with fewer nooks and crannies to collect dust. We bought another Hunter model to replace our current Hunter fan; installation was straightforward and instructions were the clearest I've ever seen.
