This downrod is ideal for use in rooms with 11-foot ceilings to ensure optimal cooling performance. It is compatible with all Hunter and Casablanca ceiling fans, not including Hunter Original® ceiling fans, and is suitable for other ceiling fans that use a 3/4-inch diameter downrod.

Universally compatible with all Hunter and Casablanca products, except for Hunter Original® ceiling fans
This 24-inch downrod is ideal for 11-foot ceilings
Black finish to match your ceiling fan finish
3/4-inch diameter for strength and stability, durable steel construction, deburred interior channel to protect wires, and tapered threads for deeper engagement
For indoor use only, not to be used in damp or outdoor environments such as bathrooms and porches
For sloped ceilings greater than 34 degrees, use Hunter's Angled Ceiling Mount (Model 61706), sold separately
Specific instructions on replacing your downrod can be found in your fan's original manual; general instructions are available in the documents section on this page
Ensure stability by using pliers to turn setscrew until firm, do not hand-tighten setscrew

Delivered an Empty Box Late

I ordered this download to go with a fan in my office. The ordered arrived late and when I finally received the package, I received an empty box. Extremely disappointed with Lowe's and its customer service who were not helpful and would not refund my money. Waited over a half hour to be connected to a representative who proceeded to tell me that I would need to go to a vendor to file a claim and Lowe's could not help me. All around terrible service.
