Packaging needs improvement

Ordered several cabinets and assembled them. Most went together quickly and easily. This was the only cabinet that came with damage - the drawer fronts were sitting loose inside the front cabinet frame and either in shipping or delivery a hard contact caused the loose cabinet fronts to damage the cabinet frame. Should be packed separately or have have some kind of packing between the drawer fronts and cabinet frame to prevent this kind of damage. The drawer slide assembly took a long time to fig...

Love this cabinet!

I love this cabinet! I'm a 67 year old woman and had no trouble putting this cabinet together. I had it finished and in place in 2 hours and 15 minutes and I was interrupted twice, so actual time to put it together was even less. It is a quality product, and I am beyond thrilled with it. When I am ready to remodel the whole kitchen, I am definitely going to use these cabinets to do it. They are very sturdy and beautifully made with quality materials, and the instructions were easy to follow. Now...

Great Product, unless you have a problem

The quality and ease these cabinets go together is great. We did add small angles to hold the front on as a caution. We had a problem with a warped board, I emailed them 3 times, called 3-4 and never heard from them. On the phone, they say leave a message but then immediately hang up. We will return the product with the warped board and order a new one.

Simple installation.

There was a small broken part. I tried contacted the customer service listed in the instructions to see if I could order the part. They said I need to talk to Lowe’s customer service. Lowe’s customer service said I need to talk to a Lowe’s exclusive costumer service. Then Lowe’s exclusive costumer service told me to call the manufacturer. I recalled the manufacturer, they put me on hold then was disconnected. Ugggh.

Wrong parts

Came with wrong parts and the slide rails were too long for the bottom drawer hitting the housing for the lock screw. It's mostly put together and I'd have to take it all apart to return.

An exceptional product

Let me preface this by saying I'm a cabinet maker. I needed a cost effective solution for a client of mine that was on a tight budget. A custom solution was out of the question for this project so I researched box store solutions to see if I could meet her need. I came across this ready to assemble cabinet offered by Lowes called PRO Glendale. The price was right so I ordered it. My expectations were low at the price point it came in at but felt if it needed shoring up I could do that in my shop...

Chula Vista is not in Michgan

I ordered 8 of these cabinets through Lowes.com but they were delivered to the wrong address in California (I live in Michigan). Didn't realize these ship directly from the vendor. Lowes dumped the blame onto the vendor, but there is no way to contact Hugo&Borg. I would not order anything through Lowes.com and especially anything coming from Hugo&Borg
