Came Broken, Bad Return Policy
It came very broken. Somewhere in its travels, it was dropped. Lowes gives you two choices: keep it and fix it for 10% off or return and reorder. I live 55 miles away. Besides losing half a day's work, it cost me $75 in car expense to return it. And now I have to repeat the trip to get the replacement. All in all, this cabinet is going to end up costing me $859.78! I'm very upset!

Not what was advertised!!!
The product was not described accurately. I says there are 4 drawers. There are NONE. I called the manufacturer directly and they said the description was incorrect there are no drawers with this model. No offer to try to make it right, just suggested returning it to Lowes. Lowes confirmed that I could return it. Just one small problem, the cabinet weighs 170 pounds and they had to load it with a fork lift - but hey just go ahead and bring it back. So not helpful.

All I can say is wow! I was not expecting this nice of a cabinet when ordering online. I ordered this one as a sample to complete our kitchen remodel and will be ordering the rest of the set. They are very well made, sturdy, and look great. The soft close doors are something I’ve never had before and will not be able to live without now. I highly recommend these cabinets!

Nice Cabinet impossible to ship in one piece
This is a supper tall cabinet with adjustable feet and soft close doors (which is a nice touch) however do to it's extremely large size it is a bulky item and apparently very hard to ship without damaging it. The packing on our unit was barely suitable for shipping any kind of furniture let alone an over-height cab. Unfortunately ours came with a busted bottom, rendering the adjustable feet not usable.
