The instructions for auto lock do not work

Noisy lock, clunky app

I've owned this brand for several years...Why? Well, its the cheapest that matches our hardware but not honestly, it's not a very good lock. There is a LOUD mechanical lock/unlock mechanism that you have to wait 1-2 seconds to complete. My child turned the knob too soon on one and it broke. The knob connectivity is hit and miss so sometimes makes programming a pain and I don't bother to use the app for locking and unlocking.

Epic Failure

This lockset is garbage. I purchased one about a year ago, it quit working so I purchased another one to replace it. The second one lasted less than a week. If you turn the exterior "locked" knob back and forth repeatedly (which children will do) it will unlock the door, rendering the lock completely useless. It is unfortunate Honeywell decided to start making locksets. They should stick to avionics.

Easy to install and works great. Very user friendly.

very easy to use, didn't like that you have to hit a button to wake it up and then enter the code you made. One of them isn't working at a client's house and will be checking it out.

New Doorlick

Easy to install and connect to wi-fi. The app is easy to operate as well I would suggest the matching top lock

Buttons do not work

We have had this product less than a year and the buttons do not work. We have replaced the batteries, reset the codes, etc., nothing works. We still have to use a key, which makes a keyless entry pointless. Do not recommend.

Great lock with lots of features and easy install

Very easy to install. Was easy to link up to phone with the app. The included instructions were not clear on setting a code on the lock, bypassing the app. However I went to the manufacturer’s website and found better instructions.
