Not matt black
It’s wood grain - like not pure matte black. Plus for whatever reason there is a flash of light against the ceiling like a very strong reflection of the light against the blades. I find it very distracting and bizarre. My electrician already installed so I feel stuck with it but hoping I can paint the clear glass fixture.
