Better than others.
Works perfectly after you get it setup. We have 2 of these and will be buying a 3rd next summer when we replace the back door. Have had other locks but this one is the best. Takes some time to set up and delete old codes but than works no problem. 👍

Wish I Had A Door To Use It On
I'd like to use the product, but I can't get my door installed. Lowe's has dropped the ball for over and over again for a week now. I ordered the door at the end of June. They delivered it August 26th. It didn't have the dental shelf that I had ordered. The installers wouldn't put the door in since it wasn't right. I fought with Lowe's for a week. Shoddy materials and inferior craftsmanship.
Exceptionally poor quality. The inner workings fell apart within one week of installation. Very disappointing. Will not buy anything from this company again.

One good, one bad
I bought two of these from the same shelf thinking they were the same, they were not, one was easily programmable to left or right door opening the other didn't have that option and didn't work correctly. It didn't program correctly to lock or unlock so I have a glorified deadbolt on one door. At least the other one works great

Easy install, nice design, but difficult coding
Nice buttons and easy to install. -1 star because the code setup is confusing and you have to be extremely quick before it times out.
