Cheap and will stop working
Bought this lock about two years ago. Now out of the blue the code that we’ve been using for two years suddenly will not lock or unlock the door anymore. I changed the batteries, which did nothing. I watched several YouTube videos to reset the code, but that didn’t work. I followed the accompanying instructions that didn’t work either. I’m very frustrated that this just stopped working out of nowhere and I am unable to fix it. Don’t waste your money on this lock

Only lasted a couple months
Lasted a couple months. Before seeing these reviews I attempted to contact Honeywell. the product obviously is farmed out to another company. They do have a customer service number (877-354-5457) which will direct you to leave a message for a "call back" ; which will never come. Wish I never heard of this lock!!

User codes and customer service didn't work.
The ADMIN code was programmed and worked. However, the lock did not allow is to program and of the multiple USER codes. I tried a dozen times to contact customer service, but I had to leave a message each time. My call was returned once which I only got their message. I tried again, but had to leave another message.

It's worth every penny!
I replaced this lock from a home that had a Schlage lock. It quit. The owner said it's never worked as good as this one that's half the cost.
