Great lock
Love the lock. Quality components and simple to use. My only gripe is the keypad is dim and hard to see in bright daylight sunshine. Otherwise i like it so much i bought another for the toolshed

Has stopped working completely
Bought this in April, and we have had several issues with it draining quickly or not unlocking. When you cannot rely on an electronic lock it completely defeats the purpose of having one! Last week it stopped functioning entirely, after only 8 months.

Terrible. Unreliable. We have had this lock now for less than 8 months, and have had to stop using that door entirely while we find a new lock. It has stopped working on and off countless times, and we have had to change the batteries twice already. We can’t count on it. I tried contacting Honeywell for a replacement prior to leaving this review- they had me reach out to another company for support for it. That other company never responded to me. So now we are throwing this lock away and buyin...

Bad quality
I purchased three of these this summer. One had troubles accepting the number 4 when pressed. Within a few days, it wouldn't acknowledge the 4 being pressed at all. The factory code has a 4 in it, which is how we figured out it isn't working. About one week after installation, a different lock acted as if the batteries were dying. I replaced the batteries and it persisted. I changed the batteries three times just to ensure the batteries weren't the problem. 0-10, I would not recommend these lock...

I made a poor choice.
My wife and i decided to go with this lock since we bought a new door and wanted to finally upgrade to a digital lock to make it easier for our oldest daughter to get into and out of the house without a key. And after 4 months i have had nothing but problems with it. First off the #4 stopped working until i reset the lock,then the lock would stop unlocking/locking at all. This was a waste of money and a good lesson in the future not to buy honeywell locks.
AVOID!
I read the litany of poor reviews prior to purchasing this lock, hoping my experience would be the exception - I was wrong! Within a couple of weeks, my device malfunctioned and was unusable. I took my receipt back to Lowes to see if they could help me, and was instructed to coordinate directly with Honeywell. I reached out to Honeywell customer service and began a seemingly easy return process and the staff let me know that these were expected to be restocked and I would be shipped a new one....
Don't buy
I'm a pro window and door installer and I would not recommend this product to anyone. The keypad is not visible in the sun and the buttons do not always function correctly; not suitable for elderly or children. The password setup is tricky, and there is virtually no support from Honeywell. 👎
