The latch broke. when I returned it I looked at the display and that one was broken same way as well. Cant get in after its broken. Had to cut a screen and broke a latch to a window to get in to open the door. ended up costing me so much more then just the cost of the handle.

My nephew installed this for me, easy to use and understand and really dresses up my door.
