If you live in cold temperatures be careful
This unfortunately cannot withstand the cold at all fingerprint doesn’t work password barely does as well.
No Customer Service
package insert says do not return to store and to call company first for help with product, call the number, no customer service representative available at all and automation tells you to contact the store you purchased it from... absolutely unacceptable!
Would not purchase
Installed this lock, added 4 brand new Duracell AA batteries & within 2 days, lock was telling me it had low battery, replaced them with Energizer, 2days...same thing. Purchased so kids wouldn't have to worry about keys & getting locked out, worst decision ever, says error everytime code is entered

Deadbolt useless
This Product is not simple to use. The deadbolt is actually harder to lock than unlock. It doesn’t actually stay locked at all - just turn the knob.
I’d give zero stars if I could
The lock opens from the outside without even needing a code! I have reset and reprogrammed numerous times. I’ve called Honeywell numerous times for assistance and no one answers or calls me back. Do not buy!

Absolutely Terrible Product
This thing has never worked properly. For some bizarre reason, the only fingerprint that worked out of 5 people in my family was my own left thumb (not my right thumb). For some time, the numerical codes worked but if the temperature got anywhere near freezing, the whole thing stopped working. The whole family has to carry keys except me because my LEFT thumb works. Electronic fingerprint lock
Much needed upgrade to our front door! I was a little worried since the reviews are very mixed, but we were lucky enough to have no issues. Installation was smooth and the lock itself is working great so far. Definitely recommend
Terrible battery life
The lock itself was nice and modern looking which was why we originally got it. Couldn’t use the key if we needed due to it being on the bottom of the pad, therefore the handle was in the way. The most frustrating part, after 4-7 days the batteries would completely die so having to replace them became such a hassle an inconvenient. Not only that, the biometric system completely stopped working after 2 times using it. Definitely don’t recommend spending your money on this.
