The RTH6360D offers flexible 5-2-day or 1-week programming so you can set your own schedule for comfort and energy conservation
Smart Response Technology learns how long it takes to achieve the right temperature at the right time and automatically runs your system to get to your desired temperature when you want it
Backlit LCD display shows current room temperature and set point temperature simultaneously
Features auto changeover between heat and cool and reminder alerts for low batteries and filter changes
Program is retained in memory in the event of a power outage so you can be confident your comfort stays intact
The UWP mounting system, included mounting hardware, and quick install guide can have your thermostat up and running quickly
Requires 2 AA batteries (not included)
Compatible with: forced air (gas, oil or electric), hot water and steam, and heat pumps with electric backup
Does not work with electric baseboard heat (120-240V)

Constantly on when set to off, worked 3 months
It's set to off, but seems to be always on. If temp is 55-60 outside, it should be slightly more inside, like 65, but it's always 70 no matter outside temp. It worked for a few months. Bad website. A real mess.

Not bad for a cheap programmable thermostat

Heats all the time, even when off
When the thermostat is off it calls for heat. Heat runs until you unplug the unit from the wiring plate. Not only the heat pump but the aux heat. Tested with a multimeter, there is conductivity between R and O/B, also R and W, even when the unit is off, and EVEN WITH THE BATTERIES REMOVED. On the upside, it's pretty.
