Damaged and have to repair sauna

My sauna arrived in a crate wrapped in plastic and Styrofoam, after the delivery driver departed and I was able to install, I already ran into issues, the outside panel is broken, an the acrylic tub is cracked. Once I got it wired, the tub would not operate and I chased it down to a 0.3 amp fuse, yes 0.3 amp fuse that no hardware shop carries. I had to order the fuse and after replacing the fuse, the system would shut off showing an "SA" code. Nothing in the troubleshooting guide gave any guidan...

If you buy a hot tub and have it shipped to Lowe's, plan on picking it up yourself. Borrow/Rent a 5X10 trailer. This made it easy for me to back the trailer right up to where I was placing it. A waste of Money

This spa has given us every error code in the book. The exact moment one issue is resolved; there is another issue. It's only my husband and I utilizing the hot tub. It feels like we were ripped off.

Recieved the tub broken. Acrylic cracked and connections leaking. Reached out to manufacturer and little or no communication back as to how we are going to proceed to resolve this. Feeling left iut in the cold with an almost five thousand dollar tub that we can’t use.

Worse Spa ever - Don't waste your money

I purchased this after I thought a thoughtful research considering the price range. For American made this was the worse spa I have ever owned. From the beginning, the panels were cracked, the headrest material bled all over people that got in the spa and were hard to clean off of the hot tub, ball bearings were coming out of the jets and then after a year, the cover started to fall apart both on the leather side and inside. best staycation ever!!!

SInce we arent traveling this summer, I bought this to enjoy with my teenagers. We’ve had the most relaxing times with this. Lowe’s delivered it to the side of my patio. It took 7 people to put it in place (that was the hardest part, because it is heavy). An electrician hooked it up, i even got the chemicals from Lowe’s and tada....its ready to go!
