I don’t know how one would shape this garland to look like the illustration, but it is a good base upon which to incorporate more decor. I used this indoors to display1950s Sylvania fluorescent Christmas bulbs and plastic glow-in-the-dark vintage icicles. Very effective and pleasing display.
