Beautiful Tree, Crappy Lights

Bought this because it was beautiful in the store. Worked great for two seasons. Pulled it out last year and the whole middle section was out. Added my own lights and went on with decorations. Pulled it out this year and now the base of the tree also has a huge section without lights. Super disappointing. Its gorgeous and easy to assemble but defeats the purpose and ease when I have to add all of my own lights.

Lights Stopped Working Post 2 Yr Warranty

Spent a good sum of money on this tree for Christmas in 2018 and after messing with tons of lights not working, replacing fuses and countless bulbs to no avail, we're going to have to invest in a new tree for next season. Really sad to me, and makes me hesitant to ever buy a tree from Lowe's again.

Whole strings of lights don't work

Bought this tree because the box said it would stay lit even if bulbs burned out. It was beautiful the first year but by the second year I had the same experience as others. Whole strings of lights are burned out and have spent hours trying to solve the problem. Very disappointing as it was not a inexpensive tree.

Beautiful at first…

This tree was easy to assemble and beautiful at first. Set it up last weekend (third Christmas with it) and a set of the middle lights went out two days later. Replaced bulbs and checked fuses. Should be good, but no. Losing voltage at a particular point, but troubleshooting and repairing an already decorated tree isn’t on my holiday schedule. Po’ed that I only got two seasons out of this tree.

disappointed

This tree was great for the first year then one by one sections burned out. I replaced over 100 bulbs and checked all fuses. Only half of the tree is currently lit. I would discourage purchasing this tree.

Terrible

Bought tree only worked the first year. Tried to file warranty had to have copy of receipt and take pictures. Do not buy this tree!!!!

Beautiful but bulbs burn out

This is our 3rd year. All lights worked the first year, some near middle went out last year and now this year, the lights at the bottom of the tree don't work. We've replaced bulbs and changed fuses to no avail. We store it in room temperature - not in an attic or place with no heat/air condition.

Sliced my hands on branch tips!

Bought this tree at Lowes this year. It went together very easily. Wiring was in the trunk so no cords to connect. It looked great but when we were taking it down I sliced the palms of both hands on the exposed jagged tips of the branches. Cut was over an inch long on each hand and my husband also got cuts. Next year we will wear gloves to handle this tree.

Stay Away. 2 years old lights are not working !

Bought this tree 2 years ago, worked fine the first year. Second year the lights would go bright then rows would burn out. Phoned Lowes to get warranty and was given the run around to call different places for warranty. No one would warranty anything. I would avoid buying this brand or any other lighted tree from Lowes.

Terrible tree

We bought this tree two weeks ago for Christmas. Now none of the lights on the tree work. There doesn't seem to be any fuses that are replaceable. A LOT of money for a tree that will possibly only work a couple weeks. And none in stock at the store...so looks like we're stuck with a brand new tree for Christmas that won't light up. Good job Lowes.
